Kuala Lumpur Deer Park

The Kuala Lumpur Deer Park is situated within the tourist spot of Lake garden.

It is within an easy reach from the city center. Next to it, you have other attractions within walking distant, the asian birds park, the butterfly park and the orchids garden.

The signage is welcoming the visitors.
Opening time:
Monday to Thursday 1000 - 1800 hrs with break between 1200-1300
Friday 1000- 1800 hrs break 1200- 1300 hrs
Weekends and holidays 1000- 1800 hrs


At Kuala Lumpur Deer Park, you would be able to see, both the local as well as the imported spotted dear.

The picture shows that the deers are resting underneath the shade of the tall trees in the middle of Malaysia sun.




There are also the mouse deers, the smallest type of deer barely as big as the domestic cat. They are separately housed in special huts. Mouse deer is a very shy animals and sometime it is hard to see them.

Kuala Lumpur deer park is a good place to spend a few hours with your children. At the same time you can see the Tun Abdul Razak Memorial. Park your car at the memorial, or get the taxi to drop you at the memorial, spend about an hour at the memorial, then talk a short walk to the Kuala Lumpur Deer Park.
